iwpet Terms & Conditions and Service Usage Policy

Accessing, registering on, or using the iwpet platform in any way is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. We therefore ask that all users read and understand this document before using our services.

These terms form a legal agreement between iwpet and users ("user", "member", "player") who access and play on its platform. Along with these terms, the Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (Responsible Gaming) also apply in full.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use iwpet services—

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to use online gambling services under the laws of your country of residence.
• Must be playing of your own free will and not under any direct pressure.
• Must be playing with your own funds; using third-party funds is prohibited.
• Must not be the owner of an account previously banned by iwpet.

iwpet reserves the right to restrict any user's access without prior notice, solely to maintain service stability and a fair gaming environment.

3.1 One Person — One Account

Each player may register only one account on iwpet. Opening two or more accounts under a single identity is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, contact number, etc.) must be accurate and complete. Registering with false information is not permitted. Identity verification may be required during withdrawals, and supporting documents must be submitted upon request.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your account access with any third party. If you notice your password has been compromised or there has been any unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on iwpet can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 5,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. As standard policy, withdrawals are only permitted using the same payment method used during the deposit, in order to protect financial security.

4.3 Financial Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) checks may be carried out during withdrawals. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that withdrawals will only be processed once verification is complete. In the event of financial irregularities or fraud, iwpet reserves the right to suspend the account and take action in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

When you register on iwpet and make your first deposit, you receive a 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 20,000 Ks must be wagered ×10 = 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

You must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. Example: If you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 100,000 × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

• Attempting to withdraw immediately after claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to extract a bonus through arbitrage betting will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times by opening multiple accounts under one identity will also result in bonus forfeiture.

5.4 VIP Levels

iwpet has a VIP program with three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. As you play more, your VIP tier goes up. Cashback is paid according to the applicable terms and cannot be withdrawn as cash immediately — bonus wagering requirements apply.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iwpet platform —

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any dishonest means (game hacking, using exploits).
• Any action that could constitute money laundering of gambling funds.
• Opening multiple accounts at the same time to claim bonuses repeatedly (bonus abuse).
• Wagering with or on behalf of another person's money (third-party wagering).
• Using bots or any automated software/scripts to play.
• Threatening or behaving in a way that endangers iwpet staff.
• Depositing funds from an illegal source.

If any of these violations are found and confirmed, iwpet reserves the right to close the account immediately and take action in accordance with applicable law.

Personal data provided by users is handled in accordance with iwpet's Privacy Policy. The platform protects personal data using SSL encryption technology.

Personal data will not be sold or rented to third-party companies under any circumstances. However, if a legally valid request is received, iwpet will act in accordance with the law.

Designs, graphics, logos, code, and content on the iwpet platform are the intellectual property of iwpet. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reproducing this content without permission is strictly prohibited.

Software/content related to games belongs to the respective developers/providers and is protected by copyright. No player may reverse-engineer any such software.

iwpet places strong emphasis on responsible gaming. Players can set their own limits (spending limits, session time limits), and iwpet fully supports these measures.

• Service disruptions caused by instability of third-party servers.
• Losses caused by the player's own internet connection issues.
• Services temporarily suspended due to legal or technical reasons.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment companies.

For any losses, disputes, or withdrawal delays, iwpet's liability shall not exceed the player's current platform balance.

11.1 Closure at Player Request

If a player wishes to close their account and stop playing, they can contact us through Live Chat to request this. Any remaining balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn once all wagering requirements have been met.

11.2 Closure by iwpet

If a violation of these terms is found and confirmed, iwpet has the right to close the account without prior notice. This is done solely to ensure a safe and fair environment for that player and all other players.

iwpet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes occur, the updated terms will be published on this page along with a "Last Updated" date.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking regularly to stay informed of any updates.
